  • Client success manager · Full time

    Client Success Manager, US Financial Advisor Clients (Base + Commission)

    Own our advisor clients after they buy: onboarding, check-ins, renewals and the payments that come due.

    OTE $3,000 to $6,000 a month

    $1,200 a month base, 5% commission on client renewals, and bonuses for client testimonials and referrals.

    9am to 5pm US Eastern, Monday to Friday, as your main job.

  • Closer · Commission only

    Remote High-Ticket Closer (Commission)

    Take warm Zoom calls with US financial advisors who replied to our outreach, and close them into packages from $3,000 to $18,000.

    $300 to $1,800 a close

    10% of the cash collected on every client you close.

    At least 4 hours a day overlapping US Eastern business hours.

  • Appointment setter · Commission only

    Remote Appointment Setter (Commission)

    Work the replies to our texts and book interested financial advisors onto a Zoom with our closer.

    $150 to $900 per signed client

    5% of the first payment from every client you book who signs.

    At least 4 hours a day overlapping US Eastern business hours.

A recording beats a résumé.

  1. Pick a seat. Each page has the pay, the hours and a short brief.
  2. Record the brief. A video or a voice note of you doing the job, then a few questions.
  3. Sebastian reviews every one. If it’s a fit, he emails you to set up a call. There’s nothing to book.
