OTE $3,000 to $6,000 a month

$1,200 a month base, 5% commission on client renewals, and bonuses for client testimonials and referrals.

Hours9am to 5pm US Eastern, Monday to Friday, as your main job. Fully remote.

You’d own our advisor clients after they buy: onboarding, check-ins, renewals and the payments that come due. No résumé. A few short answers and a 2 minute video.

The job

Own the client after the sale.

Every day. A first-hour sweep of Slack, the inbox and the client portal. Client messages answered within one business day. Every live campaign checked from the client’s side.
Every new client. The welcome, the onboarding call and the recap the same day.
Every client. A check-in call about three quarters of the way through each package, and a Friday update with their numbers.
Every package. The renewal conversation at 6 appointments left, and the payment chase when it’s due.
Every week. A 30-minute plan with Sebastian on Monday.
